Dried Fig Energy Balls Ingredients
- 10 dried figs
- 1/2 cup oat bran
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 cup coarsely ground walnuts

- 2 tablespoons cacao
Tips for Making Dried Fig Energy Balls
If your figs are too dry, you can soak them in the hot water for 10 minutes before using them. You can also add cinnamon to the mixture and prefer hazelnuts and almonds to walnuts.
How to Make Dried Fig Energy Balls?
- Grind the figs adding little water by a hand blender.
- Add oat bran, coconut and ground walnuts to it and knead the mixture well.
- Shape it as you wish, coat with cacao and then serve.
